Service Agreement

SCS

SCS guarantees to work with their customers to present the most cost-effective, accurate web presence for their clients through consultation, advice and research. We will work with you to establish exactly what you want and find the best way to achieve it. Before beginning work we will provide a detailed quotation and will honor that price.

Should changes be required, a fresh quotation will be issued to reflect the work involved.

CLIENT

Clients are asked to pay their bills in a timely manner (usually within 30 days). Also, should there be a need to change the design, content, graphics or layout of the finished site, SCS will provide a fresh quote detailing the cost of those changes. This applies to site modifications not content updates.

As an example, should a client ask us to “just add another page” this may involve rewriting every page on the site to add to the site menu, and can include redesigning the menu entirely if it is graphics based. We will advise you of the costs of the change and ask you to accept that cost before we undertake the work.

All web clients will be asked to confirm that they have read, and agree to, this agreement.
